On Sunday, March 23, former Nicholas County High School standout Ryan Johnson’s current college team, the Eastern Kentucky Colonels, won 6-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the North Alabama Lions.
The game took place at Earle Combs Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Lions this season.
The Colonels’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 25 at 6 p.m. at Hawkins Field against Vanderbilt Commodores.
