In September 2022, The Paris-Bourbon County Chamber of Commerce completed a strategic planning session with the board of directors. Several key things were brought up that the board thought needed to be implemented. The purpose of this presentation is to talk about where the Chamber has come from, how it has changed through the pandemic, where it is now, and to present some visionary efforts that the Chamber wants to implement. This will be the first of two presentations in 2023. The second presentation will be in December after Executive Director, Lauren Biddle visits with every chamber member to get key input about future efforts. The Chamber's goal is to create a member drive plan over the next year.
